You have human resources – we have the legal expertise.
HR Lawyers Network was established by lawyers specialized in employment law and social security law in 2016. Our main principle is to serve Clients with a broad expertise in HR legal issues. We support your business and HR strategy at local level but with global expertise. We will be happy to support you in cross-border transactions having impact to employment relationships and to labour issues (such as TUPE, posting, etc.).
Who we are?
HR Lawyers Network (HRLN) is a professional network of independent lawyers operating in several jurisdictions and specialized in employment law, social security and HR management issues. Our current Members come from Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Lithuania and Germany. A member can become part of the HRLN only after a preliminary monitoring process and a personal interview, thereby guaranteeing that we can truly stay a professional community of trustworthy employment lawyers.
„Created globally – serving you locally”
Our Members’ high standards of employment law professional skills, experience in European Union law and language skills ensure that we can provide legal assistance in both domestic and in international legal issues (eg foreign assignments, cross-border outsourcings, etc.). At the same time, one of the fundamental principles of the HRLN is to provide legal support to Clients in the state being seated, by our local Member – who will be happy to coordinate the legal processes among other Members in case of transnational cases.
What are your benefits?
HRLN is beneficial to anyone needing a foreign employment lawyer, for example because
· runs a business abroad;
· plans to establish a branch in abroad;
· posts employees to abroad on ad hoc or on regular basis;
· plans a cross-border out-or insourcing;
· wishes to be up to date about the EU social security coordination issues.
